Clavería, Azcapotzalco, C.P. 02080, Ciudad de México, which operates under the trade name SEDA Luxury Resort ("SEDA"), is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website.
What data we collect
- Identification and contact data you give us: name, email address and, optionally, telephone number.
- The content of your request: your area of interest and any message you write.
- Conversations you start in the website chat or on WhatsApp.
- Technical and browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not request sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
Primary purposes, necessary to answer you:
- Respond to your request and send you the presale information you asked for (pricing, floor plans, availability).
- Schedule calls or visits and follow up on your interest in a residence.
Secondary purposes, which you may refuse at any time without affecting the above:
- Send you news about SEDA Luxury Resort and future releases.
- Measure and improve this website and our communications.

Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), live chat, email delivery and, only with your consent, web analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel). We do not sell your personal data. Other transfers will only be made where the law allows them without your consent or after asking for it.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may Access, Rectify or Cancel your personal data, Oppose its use, or revoke your consent, by writing to admin@sedaluxuryresort.com with your full name, the right you wish to exercise, a copy of an official ID and, if applicable, the documents supporting your request. We will reply within the terms set by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it securely.
Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access. This site is served exclusively over HTTPS.
